1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you", or "your") and laga26 ("we", "us", "our", or the "Company") governing your access to and use of the laga26 website, mobile applications, and all associated online betting and casino gaming services (collectively, the "Services").

3. Eligibility

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:

4. Account Registration

To access the Services, you must create a personal Account by providing accurate and complete registration information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and residential address.

4.1 Account Requirements

• Each User may hold only one Account with laga26. Multiple accounts registered by the same person are strictly prohibited.
• You must use your own identity and payment methods. Accounts registered under false names or using third-party payment methods will be immediately closed.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password). Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you.
• You must notify laga26 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

laga26 is required by law to verify the identity of all Users. As part of the KYC process, you may be asked to provide:

• A copy of your government-issued identification (Indonesian KTP, passport, or driver's license)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or other official document issued within the last three months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (bank statement, screenshot of e-wallet account)

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by laga26 may result in restrictions on deposits, gameplay, and withdrawals. Accounts that remain unverified for extended periods may be suspended or closed.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

laga26 supports deposits via major Indonesian banks including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, and BSI, as well as e-wallet services such as OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and may be adjusted based on your account verification level.

All deposits are processed instantly during operating hours. Funds will be credited to your Account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. laga26 does not charge any fees for deposits, though your bank or payment provider may impose transaction fees.

5.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available Account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully verified (KYC completed).
• You have met all applicable wagering requirements for any active bonuses.
• The withdrawal amount does not exceed your available balance.
• You are withdrawing to a payment method registered in your own name.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000.

Withdrawal processing times average 15 minutes during business hours (08:00-22:00 WIB) but may take up to 24 hours for larger amounts or additional verification. laga26 reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals exceeding Rp 50,000,000 or for accounts displaying unusual transaction patterns.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering

laga26 operates strict anti-money laundering (AML) procedures in compliance with international standards. All deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposit wherever possible. Suspicious transactions may be reported to relevant authorities.

6. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets are subject to the specific rules of the sport and betting market. laga26 offers a wide range of betting markets including pre-match and live in-play betting on football, basketball, badminton, volleyball, MotoGP, and other sports. Bet settlement is based on official results as determined by the governing sports body.

In the event of match postponement, cancellation, or abandonment, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless otherwise specified in the specific market rules. laga26 reserves the right to void bets or adjust settlements in cases of obvious error, technical malfunction, or fraudulent activity.

6.2 Casino Games

All casino games, including slots, live dealer games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, dragon tiger), and table games, operate using certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live dealer systems provided by licensed third-party game studios. Game outcomes are determined entirely by chance and cannot be influenced by laga26 or any player.

Return to Player (RTP) percentages are displayed for each game and represent the theoretical long-term payout rate. Individual session results may vary significantly from stated RTP due to short-term variance.

6.3 Togel (Lottery)

laga26 offers togel betting markets based on official lottery draw results from Singapore (SGP), Hong Kong (HK), Sydney (SDY), Macau, Taiwan, and Japan. Bet types include 4D, 3D, 2D, Colok Bebas, Colok Jitu, Colok Macau, Tengah Tepi, and Shio. Results are verified against official sources, and winning bets are paid according to published odds.

6.4 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or exploitation of system errors
• Use of automated betting systems, bots, or software to place bets
• Collusion with other players or third parties
• Fraudulent payment methods or chargeback abuse
• Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes or odds

7. Bonuses and Promotions

laga26 offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and validity periods.

Unless otherwise stated, bonuses carry a wagering requirement of 30 times the bonus amount before withdrawal. Different games contribute differently to wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute 10-20%. laga26 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if bonus terms are breached or if bonus abuse is detected. Bonuses cannot be transferred between players and are non-withdrawable.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the laga26 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and trademarks, is the property of laga26 or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without prior written permission.

11. Termination

laga26 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to access the Services will immediately cease, and any remaining Account balance (excluding forfeited funds) will be returned to you following verification.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Any pending bets will be settled according to their respective rules, and your remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gambling regulations and the laws applicable to laga26's licensing jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognized arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.
